We inspect our fabric to the best of our abilities and we strive to give you the best quality of fabric. Due to the nature of digital printing, any minor flaw less then an inch that will not impact the fabric appearance in its entirety will not be discounted/refunded. Please keep in mind that there may be a 10% color difference from screen to print. We also use two different printers, one for preorder & one for retail. This allows us to have retail at a faster pace. This also means that if you purchase retail, it may not be the same color as our pre-order. Retail is buy at your own risk. scaling and color may vary depending upon prints.
INSURANCE: We highly recommend to insure any purchases using route a third party shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen or damaged packages.
